机(陆用保山干式变压器组驱动型)起动期间,保山干式变压器电压小于蓄电池电压时,整流二极管截止,保山干式变压器不能对外输出,由蓄电池供给磁场电流。路径为:蓄电池正极→点火开关SW(或点火继电器触点)→磁场烧组调节器→搭铁→蓄电池负极。流入励磁绕组的电流,在励磁铁心中建立一个带状的磁通量。这个带状磁通量沿着各个导磁元件环行,在整个磁回路中,这个磁通量将在励磁绕组周围找到一个******磁阻的通道:励磁电流产生的磁力线通过励磁铁心(磁轭托架)→辅助气隙g1→保山干式变压器N极→主气隙g→定子铁心→主气隙g→保山干式变压器S极→辅助气隙g2→励磁铁心形成一个闭合的磁路系统。这种结构除保山干式变压器爪极外径与定子内表面之间的气隙(称为主气隙)外,在闭合的磁路系统中,增加了两个有相对运动的径向附加气隙,使闭合回路的磁阻增大。所以必须通过增加磁场绕组的激磁安匝来补有效磁通量所减小的部分,才能保证无刷交流保山干式变压器的输出。随着保山干式变压器的旋转,使通过定子铁心的磁通量发生变化,定子绕组切割磁力线而产生感应电动势,定子绕组发出三相交流电压,通过三相桥式整流电路整流成直流。当转速达到1000r/min左右时,保山干式变压器应能正常发电并对外输出,经滤波电容C后输出28V直流电压,保山干式变压器电压大于蓄电池电压,保山干式变压器自励,并对蓄电池充电,或对其他负载供电。N端通过VD4、VD5、VD6中的一个硅管整流,与对地端形成半波整流电压,被称为中性点电压,其输出信号为14V直流脉动电压(最大负载不能超过2A),N端可用于接转速表。中性点电压除了直流成分外,还含有交流成分,且幅值随保山干式变压器的转速而变,与中性点相连的二极管(VD10、VD11)就称为中性点二极管。当中性点二极管的正极管(VD11)电位******或负极管(VD11)电位******时,中性二极管亦处于正向导通,可对外输出,能有效利用中性点电压来增加保山干式变压器的输出功率。实践证明,在交流保山干式变压器上安装中性二极管后,输出功率可增加10%~15%。定子绕组的三相交流电压经三相全桥整流后,经调节器向励磁绕组供电。调节器以通/断方式调节励磁电流,使充电机的输出电压保持在(28±0.3)V范围内波动,给蓄电池浮充电。保山干式变压器调节器电路如图8-14中调节器部分所示,主要由3个电阻R1、R2、R3,2个三极管VT1、VT2和1个稳压管VR组成。R1、R2,为分压电阻,VT1为小功率三极管,接在大功率管的前一级,起功率放大作用,也称前级放大。三极管VT2为大功率三极管,其集电极与保山干式变压器磁场绕组相连,磁场绕组为VT2负载,VT2导通时,磁场电流接通反之磁场电流切断。因此,可以通过控制三极管VT2的导通与截止,改变磁场电流使保山干式变压器输出电压稳定。稳压二极管VR是感受元件,其一端接三极管VT1的基极,另一端接分压电阻R1、R2、以组成电压检测电路,监测保山干式变压器电压的变化。当保山干式变压器的输出电压在分压电阻R1上的电压达到VR的设定电压时,VR击穿,VT1有基极电流使VT1导通,VT2截止,这就使保山干式变压器的F点不接地面切断了磁场绕组的电路,保山干式变压器电压便会下降。保山干式变压器电压下降时又使VR、VT1截止,VT2导通,保山干式变压器电压重又升高如此反复作用,使保山干式变压器端电压被控制在一定的范围内。现在集成电路电压调节器也被广泛使用。用集成电路开发的电压调节器体积很小,可方便地安装在保山干式变压器的内部与保山干式变压器组成一个整体,称之为整体式交流保山干式变压器。集成电路调节器的基本工作运行原理与晶体管调节器完全一样,都是根据保山干式变压器的电压信号(输入信号),利用三极管的开关特性控制保山干式变压器的磁场电流以此达到稳定保山干式变压器输出电压的目的。集成电路调节器有内、外搭铁之分,以外搭铁形式居多。
