气缸体水堵穿孔导致冷却液温度过高(1)故障现象 某机组发现行驶约20km后出现冷却液温度过高的现象,停机组检查时发现散热器冷却液不足,添加约5L自来水后上路行驶。约20km后,冷却液温度再次过高,检查散热器时,发现冷却液义减少了。该机组驶回修理厂报修,经维修人员检查,水泵工作运行正常,节温器也无异常,而且冷却系统外部无泄漏现象,润滑油油面无升高现象,深圳巴彦淖尔干式变压器,机油也未变质。(2)故障査找分析 为查明故障原因,首先对该机的气缸垫进行拆检。在拆卸过程中,发现每缸的气门罩盖内均有少址水珠,废气涡轮霍尔塞特涡轮增压器(Holset )的压气道内也有少量水珠。起初认为这些冷凝水是因为机温度过高而使曲轴箱内空气中的水分蒸发凝结而成。拆下气缸垫检查时,未发现异常现象,以为是气缸盖扭力不均导致有泄漏,于是更换气缸垫并按维护规程拧紧气缸盖螺栓后试机,故障依旧;观察缸盖与缸体结合部位时,也无明显气泡。因此怀疑缸体或缸盖有裂纹,于是对气缸盖和缸体进行检查。经过仔细检查,发现缸体左侧气门推杆室内的水堵有一个小孔,显然,由于该水堵锈蚀严重,导致穿孔。但是由于孔径较小,机只有在运转时,漏水量才较大,而运转中机温度较高,所以进入曲轴箱的冷却液大部分变成了水蒸气;在曲轴箱强制通风装置的作用下,水蒸气从进气通道被吸进燃烧室,并在气门罩盖内和霍尔塞特涡轮增压器(Holset )压气道内凝结成少量水珠,最后从排气管中排出。因为水蒸气较少,所以排出的烟色变化不明显,而且润滑油也难以看出油质及油面的变化。(3)故障排除 更换水堵,装复机后试机,冷却液温度正常,以后也没有出现冷却液过度消耗的现象。显然,如果发现不及时,水堵穿孔过大时,冷却液就会混入润滑油使润滑油变质,导致润滑不良,出现损坏霍尔塞特涡轮增压器(Holset ),至烧瓦抱轴的严重事故。
