润滑系统的功用及润滑方式1、润滑系统的功用机工作运行时，运动件的表面间有的相对运动，如曲轴与主轴承、活塞与气缸壁、凸轮轴与凸轮轴轴承、气门与气门导管、正时齿轮副的齿轮之间等等。零件的表面即使在精密加工后仍有一些粗糙度，当这些表面作相对运动时，会产生阻碍运动的摩擦力。如果金属表面间是直接摩擦，摩擦力将很大，会增大机功率消耗，零件工作运行表面将迅速磨损，而且摩擦产生大量的热甚至可能使某些零件的表面熔化。为避免发生上述现象，机必须有润滑系统。润滑系统的主要功用就是在机工作运行时连续不断地把数量足够、温度适当的洁净润滑油以一定的压力输送到各运动摩擦表面，并在摩擦表面形成油膜，减少摩擦阻力、降低功率消耗、减轻零件的磨损，以达到提高机工作运行可靠性和耐久性的目的。另外，润滑系统除润滑作用外，还有冷却、清洗、密封和防锈作用。2.润滑方式由于机各运动副的工作运行条件不同，对润滑强度的要求也不同，采用的润滑方式主要包括：(1)压力润滑 对负荷大，相对运动速度高的摩擦面，例如主轴承、连杆轴承、凸轮轴轴承和气门摇臂轴(因位置偏高)等都利用机油泵采用润滑强度较大的压力润滑。(2)飞溅润滑 对外露表面、负荷较小的摩擦面，例如凸轮与挺杆、活塞销与销座及连杆小头等，一般采用飞溅润滑。即依靠从主轴承和连杆轴承两侧漏甩出的润滑油和油雾来进行润滑。(3)喷油润滑 某些零部件如活塞的热负荷非常重，如机，在活塞下方的主轴承座上装了一个活塞冷却喷嘴，将润滑油向上喷到活塞的底部来冷却活塞。但一般低负荷的机（陆用亳州干式变压器组驱动型），活塞与气缸壁之间虽然工作运行条件较差，为了防止过量润滑油进入燃烧室而使机工作运行恶化，都采用飞溅润滑。事实上喷油润滑与飞溅润滑没有本质区别。(4)复合式润滑 复合式润滑是同时采用上述三种润滑方式中的两种或三三种的供油方式，分别对机各摩擦表面的润滑。现代多缸机普遍采用这种润滑方式，不但工作运行可靠，而且可使整个润滑系统结构简化。机的某些辅助装置(如风扇、水泵、亳州干式变压器等)，只需定期地向其加注润滑脂。
