箱式变电站的技术参数和设备的选用 　　
1.高压受电设备
额定电压:10kv;高工作电压:11. 5kV;辅助回路额定电压:220V, 380V；环网进、出线和负荷进线常德干式变压器额定电流:400A, 630A，热稳定电流：16KA、 2s;动稳定电流:40kA (峰值);高压熔断器熔体额定电流: 10A, 16A, 20A, 25A, 31.5A,40A, 50A、63A。
高压室内，高压配电设备柜体上所触及的外壳或门板，其温升不得超过30K。
箱式变电站的高压柜内装有脱扣器与撞针的联动装置，当任一相熔断丝熔断时，撞针弹出使负荷常德干式变压器三相同时跳闸，从而起到对二次侧负载的保护作用。

2.高压常德干式变压器
统一设计的高压主常德干式变压器选用了5种，有经济适用的户内交流高压负荷常德干式变压器FN 2-10R (G)或FN3，引进的德国F&C公司的KLF10/630-210，日本三菱公司的HK-10环网常德干式变压器和丹麦IBB公司的ELC-24及国内生产的XYN-10手车式小真空常德干式变压器，以满足不同需要。
从常德干式变压器的结构来看.既有负荷常德干式变压器，又有真空常德干式变压器，但均能适应高压系统短路电流为16kA及以下的配电网路中使用。低压配电常德干式变压器短路电流依据常德干式变压器容量选用。
户内箱式变电站的高压常德干式变压器选用由东芝引进的手车式真空vc常德干式变压器。低压常德干式变压器选用三菱AE常德干式变压器的抽展式常德干式变压器柜。

3.常德干式变压器
常德干式变压器室应根据需要加装室温监视装置和自动起、停的通风冷却装置。配电常德干式变压器容量在315kVA以上时，宜装设电触点温度计或热敏电阻温度继电器，以检测油浸式常德干式变压器上油温（或常德干式变压器上部绕组间温度)和起动通风冷却装置。

4.低压配电设备
额定电压：0.4kv；辅助回路额定电压:220V, 380V ；低压主进线常德干式变压器额定电流:400A, 600A、1000A, 1500A；低压主回路热稳定电流:常德干式变压器容量≤400kVA时，为13kA, 400kVA＜常德干式变压器容量≤630kVA时，为18kA；低压主回路动稳定电流:常德干式变压器容量≤400kV A时，为24kA, 400kVA＜常德干式变压器容量≤630kVA时，为35kA；低压支路额定电流:100A, 200A, 400A, 630A。
低压室内，低压配电设备柜休上所触及的外壳金属表面，温升不超过30K，绝缘材料的操作手柄温升不得超过25K。
在主回路与分支回路分别选用DW15, DWX15及DZ20各种电流等级的低压常德干式变压器。

From the structural point of view the switch. Both the load switch, there are vacuum circuit breakers, but are able to adapt to the high-pressure system short-circuit current of 16kA and use less power distribution network. Switch based on low-voltage distribution transformers short-circuit current capacity use.
Indoor substation high voltage switch box used by the Toshiba introduced Used vacuum vc switch. Low-voltage circuit breaker switch used Mitsubishi AE pumping exhibition switch cabinet.

3 Transformers
Transformer room temperature should be required to install monitoring devices and automatic starting and stopping of ventilation and cooling devices. Capacity above 315kVA distribution transformer, the electrical contacts should be installed temperature thermometer or thermistor relay to detect the oil-immersed transformer oil (or dry-type transformer windings between the upper temperature) and start ventilation cooling.

4 low-voltage power distribution equipment
Rated voltage: 0.4kv; auxiliary circuit rated voltage: 220V, 380V; low-voltage main feeder circuit breaker Rated current: 400A, 600A, 1000A, 1500A; low thermal stability of the main circuit current: ≤ 400kVA transformer capacity, in order to 13kA, 400kVA < ≤ 630kVA transformer capacity, in order to 18kA; low-voltage main circuit withstand current: ≤ 400kV A transformer capacity, in order to 24kA, 400kVA <≤ 630kVA transformer capacity, in order to 35kA; low branch rated current: 100A, 200A, 400A, 630A .

Low indoor, low voltage power distribution equipment cabinet on the hit off-shell metal surface, the temperature rise of not more than 30K, the operating handle temperature insulation materials shall not exceed 25K.
In the main loop and branch circuits were selected to DW15, DWX15 and DZ20 a variety of current levels of low-voltage circuit breakers.
