(1)故障现象 一辆东风EQ1118G型汽机组，装配6BT5.9型机(配VE分配泵)在正常行驶过程中，发现耗油量增大，且机在怠速运行时，润滑油压力偏低。汽机组在中、运行时，润滑油压力基本正常，机排气管也未出现冒黑烟和冒白烟等不良现象。(2)故障查找分析 抽出机油标尺观察，发现油底壳内油平面过高，而且润滑油变稀，很显然，润滑油中有混入。由于机在运行时声音正常，并未出现冒黑烟和冒白烟等不良现象，所以判断不会是由于喷油器喷油压力过低导致沿着气缸壁流入油底壳与润滑油混合的。进一步检查输油泵的密封性能，发现输油泵密封性能良好。检查喷油泵，拆下喷油泵传动齿轮检视盖板后，起动机时，发现从喷油泵驱动齿轮后面有大量的喷出。遂拆检喷油泵，发现喷油泵前端齿轮轴颈处油封和油封座已变形，于是断定燃油是由此处泄漏后进入油底壳与润滑油混合的。进一步检查时，发现油封座和油封有被螺钉顶过的痕迹。由于油封座材料为铝合金，所以容易产生变形，造成油封密封不严，引起燃油泄漏。因此，在拆卸喷油泵时，使用的专用螺钉不宜过长，否则会顶坏高压油泵前端的油封座和油封，损坏高压油泵。(3)故障排除 由于油封座已经变形损坏，无法修复。更换喷油泵后试机，不再进入油底壳中，机的润滑油压力也正常。动力设备（深圳）有限公司，集团旗下专业运营成都干式变压器的销售业务及其售后服务，是中国区获得授权的成都干式变压器OEM成套厂家，长期与中字央企、大型房地产商、国际连锁酒店、著名建筑企业等单位建立战略合作伙伴关系。动力在中国布局五大成都干式变压器组生产基地，成都干式变压器售后服务点可辐射中国各省会及地级市区域。l成都干式变压器区分：移动式成都干式变压器、固定式成都干式变压器、超静音式成都干式变压器、机组载式成都干式变压器。l常见成都干式变压器功率（千瓦）范围：50KW至1000KW功率段。更多有关成都干式变压器的最新产品和技术内容，请登录成都干式变压器官网：
