池州干式变压器组润滑油消耗量过大的原因

(1)故障现象 一台配有6CTA8.3型机的120kW的池州干式变压器组，在工作运行过程中每天都要添加润滑油。(2)故障查找分析 导致润滑油消耗量过大的原因主要是“漏”掉了或“烧”掉了，因此，应首先检查机外部是否有润滑油泄漏现象；然后再开机，根据排烟的颜色判断是否“烧润滑油”。如果“烧润滑油”，机工作运行时会冒蓝烟。起动机，全速运转时，发现排烟颜色正常，说明润滑油是“漏”掉了。将汽机组罩盖掀开后，加大节气门时，发现机油尺管口处有润滑油喷出，说明曲轴箱内的压力过大导致油底壳内的润滑油喷出。进一步检查时发现，曲轴箱通风口被堵死、导致该现象发生。(3)故障排除 清洁通风口后故障排除。
