1.铁心
夹件结构为“G”形成“C”形。夹件和拉板采用机加工或激光切割后制成，不拼接，不埠接。夹件与拉板采用“Y”形插入式结构连接，接触面易于吻合，机械强度高。
铁心为全斜接缝，心柱用钢带绑扎，铁轭为钢带绑扎或穿心螺杆紧固。

2.绕组

高压绕组为多段箔绕结构，连续扰之。匝间绝缘为复合型聚酯薄膜，绕组内、外浇注层用玻璃纤维网格作支撑骨架，在真空状态下用填料型树脂浇注。内、外浇注厚度为2-3mm。经高温固化后，浇注表面光滑。高压绕组耐热等级为F。

3.绕组压紧
采用健在上部弹性垫块上对绕组压紧。可便每一只弹性垫块上的硅橡胶板受力均匀，硅橡胶板的静态变形可按要求控制，不但降低嗓声，并要求与大连干式变压器的寿命相同。

4.绝缘筒
高低压绕组之间均放置软绝缘纸筒。该纸筒由厚度为1—1.5mm的复合聚酯薄膜板卷制后粘结而成。
