出油阀减压环带单边磨损导致供油不正时(I)故障现象 机工作运行粗暴、转速不稳和敲缸声严重。(2)故障查找分析 检查喷油器雾化良好、机其他部分正常，故障可能在高压油泵。在油泵试验台上检查油泵供油间隔、密封性均正常，只是个别缸油量明显偏高。将偏高缸油量调到正常值，故障依旧。但在油量调整之前将油量偏高缸的出油阀换新，则故障可全部排除。出油阀是一个单向阀，其作用是保证达到出油阀开启压力时才进入高压油管，同时又可防止高压从高压油管倒流入喷油泵，并且在每次供油终了时，其减压环带能迅速地将高压油管内压力降低，促使喷油器迅速断油以防后滴。由于液流作用的不对称性和出油阀弹簧的振动，出油阀在落座时很容易倾斜，使减压环带单边磨损，从而容易造成出油阀减压环带与阀座配合间隙过大，减压效果变差，高压油管内残余压力比正常值高。这样，当供油柱塞向上压油时，一方面出油阀往上升，另二方面越过减压环带与出油阀座间的过大间隙顶开锥面直接进入高压油管，这实际上相当于使供油始点提前。如果在安装调试油泵时只将相应缸供油量调少，则虽然解决了各缸油量不均问题，但原来供油偏多缸仍然较其他缸提前供油，因此机故障不能彻底解决。
