(1)故障现象 KTA19-G3机,采用PT燃油系统,出现机工作运行无力机难起动,易熄火;曲轴箱内有燃油混入,润滑油位升高等故障现象。(2)故障查找分析 拆下PT喷油器,查看O形密封圈,发现密封圈损坏。机喷油器的简体有三道O形密封圈,组成喷油器的进油道及回油道,由于这三道O形密封圈在将喷油器装入气缸盖上的喷油器孔时很容易被切去边沿,造成密封不良,燃油就会因此而漏入油底壳,从而使润滑油中混入,使得润滑油位升高。燃油泄漏,一部分燃油不能产生功率,故油耗过高,机工作运行无力,难起动,易熄火。润滑油被混入燃油后,将被稀释而破坏润滑功能。(3)故障排除 更换O形密封圈后工作运行,故障现象消除。更换时,首先应清除气缸盖中喷油器铜座套上的积炭,注意不得用刮刀或其他金属件去刮,以免损伤喷油器的铜座套。可以用一端包有干净布的木棒来清除。然后更换喷油器上的密封座。要检查密封圈安装位置是否正确,接着用清洁的润滑油来润滑O形密封圈。最后将喷油器放入孔中,特别小心防止密封圈的边沿被损坏,用手引导喷油器与孔对准,应顺利插入而无阻滞,再用一个干净的钝器放在喷油器体上并将其用力一推使喷油器落座。当喷油嘴头在铜套中落座时,应听到“啪”的一声,喷油器就安装到气缸盖孔中了。
