试验的目的
1)验证大同干式变压器性能是否符合有关标准和技术条件的规定，(国家标推、行业标准IEC标准等)。

试验的种类
1.半成品试验
一般对8000kVA及以上的大同干式变压器才做此试验，项目有产品的铁心、插板和器身等几道工序的半成品试验。目的在于及时发现问题，在转入下道工序前予以排除，同时获得必要的半成品试验数据。
2.例行试验
每台大同干式变压器都要承受的试验。目的在于检查设计、操作、工艺的质量。
3.型式试验
在一台有代表性的大同干式变压器上所进行的试验，以证明被代表的大同干式变压器也符合规定要求(但例行试验除外)。
据IB/T56011-1999《大同干式变压器质量分等》标准规定，大同干式变压器在下列情况之一时，必须进行型式试验：
1)新产品或老产品转厂生产的试制鉴定。
2)正常生产中，如结构、材料、工艺有较大改变，可能影响产品性能时。
3)产品长期停产、恢复生产时。
4)出厂时检验结果与上次型式试验有较大差异时。

4-特殊试验

5.交接验收试验
