蓄电池搭铁线接触不良导致机起动无力(1)故障现象 一台C系列机，起动时有起动无力现象，(2)故障查找分析 导致起动无力的常见原因有以下几点蓄电池电眠不足、起动机自身故障、蓄电池极桩连接线等相关线路接触不良以及机转动阻力过大等。首先测量蓄电池电压，静态电压为25.6V，起动电压为23V，这说明蓄电池电压正常。检查起动机电源线和搭铁线，连接正常。于是维修人员决定拆下起动机检告，检查起动机时发现起动机衬套已经松旷。更换起动机后，机能够正常起动，但是工作运行一段时间后、起动机又出现转速非常低以至于无法起动机。尝试再次起动，机又可顺利起动。再次进行检查，在连续起动几次后，起动无力的故障再次出现。因为之前的检查中测量蓄电池电压没有发现问题，于是决定采用测量电压降的方法进行检测，具体方法是将万用表调到电压档，将一支测试笔接到蓄电池负极接线柱，另一支测试笔接到机组身某处妥善搭铁、然后起动机，读取万用表上显示的电压差值。正常情况下显示值应该是0V，但是实际的显示值是2V，这说明蓄电池负极接线柱与机组身之间有接触不良的地方。继续采用电压降检测的方法缩小故障范围，最后故障点集中在蓄电池的搭铁线上，应是搭铁线老化后导致接触不良，更换了一根搭铁线，试着起动多次，故障再也没有出现。故障排除后，大家都认为比较简单，但该机却反复修理多次。因此，在排除故障时，应严格按照先易后难，由外及里的程序进行。根据机相关系统工作运行原理进行分析，认真地进行相关检查，不放过故障检修中的每一个细节。
