(1)故障现象 一台装配B系列机的装载机在施工时，驾驶员感到机器装载逐渐无力，观察仪表时发现水温高、润滑油无压力。检查时发现，机油泵主动齿轮断裂，连杆轴瓦刮伤严重。维修人员没有找出故障点就现场更换了机油泵和连杆轴瓦，继续工作运行时又发现机油压力过低，新换的机油泵主动齿轮又断裂了。(2)故障查找分析 机油泵损坏的原因主要有以下四个方面。一是机油泵惰齿轮与曲轴齿轮的间隙过小时，机油泵齿轮作用力较大而损坏。二是当机油泵出口油路堵塞，润滑油压力过高时会导致主动齿轮断裂。三是由于机油泵齿轮间的间隙较小，若润滑油中有金属杂质时机油泵也可能损坏。四是机油泵质量有问题。在本例中，更换新机油泵时，维修人员对机油泵惰齿轮与曲轴齿轮的间隙进行了测量，在正常范围内。因此，故障点在润滑油和油道上。停机后放出油底壳的润滑油时发现机油太脏，而且含有铁屑和轴瓦减磨合金屑，同时机油集滤器的滤网有一个小洞。显然，润滑油中的金属屑不断进入机油泵，从而导致机油泵主动齿轮断裂。(3)故障排除 更换相应部件后，对润滑体油道和机油冷却器等进行了清洗，装载机工作运行正常，故障排除。需要维修人员注意的是，机油泵损坏会造成烧瓦抱轴等严重事故，因此、必须在查明故障原因后才能继续工作运行。
