(1)故障现象 一台机组用EQ6BT5.9型机,平时润滑油压力在时略低于正常但在一次满载运输途中发现润滑油压力过低,更换机油压力传感器后,故障依旧。(2)故障查找分析 由于该故障是在机组辆行驶过程中出现的,而且更换润滑油的时间不长,润滑油的数量和质量均符合规定,润滑油中只有少量金属屑,另外,机油压力表和传感器也未见异常。所以,出现该故障的原因可能是压力调节阀关闭不严、机油泵泵油量不足或者润滑系统局部泄漏等。首先对压力调节阀进行了检查,发现其弹簧压力正常,阀座与钢珠的配合面接触良好,然后对机油泵进行了检查,发现各项配合间隙均在规定范围内,而且润滑油中也没有冷却水和。因此怀疑润滑系统有局部泄漏的现象,导致润滑油经过某一部位直接回到了油底完中,所以润滑油压力无法升高。装复机后,短暂起动机进行进一步的观察,润滑油压力还是过低,并且发现在机工作运行过程中从推杆室盖的密封垫处渗出润滑油,显然是推杆室腔内润滑油过多所致。停机后打开推杆室盖,其内有大量润滑油溢出,仔细检查发现推杆室前部的1个堵头穿孔了。原来,EQ6BT5.9型机的气缸体上有3个主油道孔,通常用堵头(水堵)堵上。可能是由于安装堵头时没有使用专用工具或者不慎将其碰伤,在机长时间工作运行后产生了裂纹,使润滑油压力略有下降;最后在较高润滑油压力的冲刷下穿孔,润滑油涌入推杆室后流网油底壳,导致压力过低。而且该堵头位于推杆室内,不易发现,因此出现了以上故障现象。(3)故障排除 用专用工具安装好堵头,装复后重新起动,怠速及各工况下的润滑油压力均正常,故障彻底排除。
