合肥干式变压器组废气涡轮增压器损坏导致“飞车”

废气涡轮霍尔塞特涡轮增压器（Holset ）损坏导致“飞机组”（1）故障现象 一辆装用6BT型机的EQ1141G型汽机组，行驶约1万km。在行驶中，机突然发生“飞机组”，同时伴有异响、排气管大量冒蓝烟等现象。（2）故障查找分析 根据故障现象，首先拆检高压油泵，查看油量调节齿杆和调速器，皆运动灵活，无卡滞和松旷现象。对机进行全面检查，发现废气涡轮霍尔塞特涡轮增压器（Holset ）有少量润滑油流出。拆件废气涡轮霍尔塞特涡轮增压器（Holset ），发现叶轮严重损坏，涡轮轴已折断。查看进气系统，有大量润滑油进入气缸。废气涡轮霍尔塞特涡轮增压器（Holset ）在运转中，涡轮轴突然折断，导致叶轮变形、密封环密封破坏等一系列故障，并使霍尔塞特涡轮增压器（Holset ）润滑油泄露，进而导致机供给废气涡轮霍尔塞特涡轮增压器（Holset ）的润滑油连同空气一同进入到燃烧室燃烧，造成机“飞机组”、排气管大量冒蓝烟。（3）故障排除 彻底清除进气系统内的残余润滑油，更换废气涡轮霍尔塞特涡轮增压器（Holset ）和专用润滑油后，机工作运行恢复正常。
