机油冷却器损坏导致冷却液泄漏(1)故障现象 某单位一台推土机,开机前检查时发现有水从润滑油量油尺孔边缘不断地向外滴,散热器中的冷却液已所剩无几。(2)故障查找分析 经了解可知,推土机出现该故障前,在工地上施工,一直没有发现异常现象。说明冷却液是在机停机后泄漏到油底壳中的。而导致该故障的原因主要有机油冷却器泄漏或者气缸套封水阁损坏。于是首先对机油冷却器进行加压试验,即拆掉机油冷却器的冷却液以及润滑油的进口和出口连接管,然后堵住冷却液出口,在冷却液进口处通以一定压力的水,结果发现润滑油口有水流出,说明漏水的故障出在机油冷却器内。冷却液泄漏故障是冷却器芯焊接处开焊造成的,而且可能是在机停机过程中出现的,所以推土机工作运行结束时,没有出现异常现象。但是当机熄火后,润滑油压力接近零,而散热器有一定高度,这时冷却液压力大于润滑油压力,冷却液就会从冷却器芯开焊处流入油底壳,从而造成水从机油量尺孔边缘向外滴的现象。(3)故障排除 拆检机油冷却器,找到了开焊处的位置,重新焊好后故障即被排除。气缸套漏气导致冷却液温度过高(1)故障现象 一辆豪华旅行大客机组,配备后置式B系列机。该机组在修理厂进行大修时,更换了活塞、活塞环、轴瓦等零部件,磨削了气缸盖平面,更换了气缸套。大修完毕后,在厂内进行磨合时未见异常,但交付机组主使用后,出现冷却液温度过高的故障。据机组主反映,该机组在达到正常工作运行温度后,再行驶3~5km,冷却液温度便会达到100℃。若停放一段时间,待水温降低后继续行驶时,在很短的时间内又会升高到100℃。机没有异响,也未见有水从气缸体渗出。(2)故障查找分析 机没有异响,排气管冒烟也基本正常,可以判断气门、气门与导杆等配合间隙基本正常。首先对冷却系统进行基本检查,未发现漏水、渗水的现象,散热器里的冷却液位也符合规定。起动后检查水泵的运行情况时,也没有发现异常,而且散热器上、下水室没有明显的温差,但是发现有少量气泡,于是怀疑是气缸垫冲坏了。因此,拆下气缸盖后检查气缸垫,却没有发现明显的烧蚀现象。经过仔细观察发现,气缸套顶部高出气缸体上平面的部位有一个破损,装上气缸垫时,其活塞孔正好套在破损处的外圆上,且气缸垫与破损口的上平面平齐。由此可以判断是由于气缸垫密封不严导致高压燃气窜入水道,造成冷却液温度过高。(3)故障排除 更换气缸套,并且按规定扭力拧紧缸盖螺栓后,再没有出现冷却液温度过高的现象。
