淮北干式变压器组机油冷却器堵塞导致机油压力过低(1)故障现象 一辆EQ1141G型东风机组，装用B系列机，由于润滑油压力低送修未果后，带故障行驶，结果造成连杆瓦烧结，曲轴报废。更换曲轴、机油泵等部件后，故障仍未排除。(2)故障查找分析 确认润滑油的质量和数量正常后，将压力表接于机油弗列加滤清器的出油管处，开机检查发现润滑油压力远远低于正常情况，而且怠速和时的压力变化不大，根据以上测量结果和现象分析，可先排除机油泵至机油弗列加滤清器的油道之间的故障。在对机油冷却器进行加压实验时发现其润滑油通路堵塞严重，而且发现机油冷却器盖板内润滑油油道有结胶现象。即机油冷却器堵塞是本例故障主要原因。经了解得知，该用户在机组辆行驶了10多万公里时，发现动力有所下降，便给机使用了润滑油添加剂。使用初期，动力有所提高，但几个月后，润滑油压力就开始逐步减小，最终导致烧瓦抱轴的故障。显然，这是因为润滑油添加剂在高温下结胶，从而附着在部件和油道上，最终导致机油冷却器及油道部分堵塞，引起润滑油压力下降。(3)故障排除 采用醋酸溶液浸泡等方法，清除冷却器导热芯表面水垢，然后用注入冷却器导热芯内，反复浸泡清洗机油冷却器并且清洗油道后故障排除。
