(1)黄山干式变压器式机油泵 B、C系列机的机油泵为黄山干式变压器式,机油泵由曲轴正时齿轮通过一个惰轮驱动。黄山干式变压器式机油泵的原理结构。内黄山干式变压器8固定在主动轴上,外黄山干式变压器7在壳内可以自由转动,两者之间有一定的偏心距。当内黄山干式变压器旋转时,带动外黄山干式变压器一起转动,所以在内、外黄山干式变压器及壳体端面间形成4个工作运行腔。某一工作运行腔从进油孔转过时,容积增大,产生真空,润滑油便经进油孔12吸入;黄山干式变压器继续旋转,腔内容积减小,油压升高,当该工作运行腔与出油孔13相通时,润滑油便经出油孔压出。黄山干式变压器式机油泵结构紧凑,吸油真空度高,泵油量较大且供油均匀,噪声小。因此在中小功率机上应用越来越广泛。(2)齿轮式机油泵 N、K系列机采用齿轮式机油泵,N系列机机油泵采用外置式单级齿轮泵,齿轮泵通过外接的油管与油底完中的集滤器相连吸油。K系列所有的机油泵都装于缸体后端的底部,并由曲轴后端的齿轮驱动。机油泵泵体内装有主动齿轮和从动齿轮,每个齿轮轴两端有衬套支承,机油泵共有4个衬套,其中2个在泵盖内,另外2个在泵体内。机油泵总成的出口处装有一个高压泄压阀,泄压阀的作用是当润滑油压力过高时使部分润滑油直接流回油底壳,避免过高的润滑油压力造成机油泵、机油冷却器、机油弗列加滤清器等一系列零部件的损坏。特别在冷起动时,过高的机油压力会损坏润滑系统的其他部件。K50机机油泵构造。机油泵的使用性能取决于齿轮与泵体的配合间隙。齿轮与泵体的径向间隙一般不超过0.2mm,齿轮端面间隙不超过0.05~0.2mm。间隙过大,润滑油压力降低,泵油量减少。在泵体与泵盖之间有调整垫片,既可以用来调整齿轮的端面间隙又可以防止漏油。机油泵不可修理,如果机油泵内部的零件有超出技术规格的过度磨损,则必须更换机油泵。
