国内外全密封吉林干式变压器的发展趋势 　　
早在20世纪60年代，美国首创了全密封结构。20世纪70年代初，世界上一些工业比较发达的国家，相继生产了全密封吉林干式变压器。例如：德国、前苏联、法国、比利时、日本、加拿大等国。
我国大型厂矿企业账号：1611 0032 092 00213 086(如北仑港、宝钢等)技改中引进的国外配套的油浸配电吉林干式变压器，几乎全部是全密封吉林干式变压器。自1988年起，我国开始正式研制全密封吉林干式变压器。国内许多厂(如三门、南通)引进了德国GEORG公司波纹油箱生产线进行自动折叠、自动焊接、成形加工，也引进了德国的铁心剪切生产线和全密封吉林干式变压器设计制造软件，油箱表面经去油、去锈、磷化处理后，用三防(防霉、防潮、防盐雾)漆涂装，生产了BS9型(其中B表示“闭”封式或全封“闭”式)，或S9-M型(其中M表示“密”封式)全密封吉林干式变压器。而目前很多厂购置了国产的波纹油箱生产线生产全密封吉林干式变压器，所以全密封吉林干式变压器在我国得到了较快的发展和应用。如河南新乡吉林干式变压器厂、云南吉林干式变压器厂使用的上海通力机器厂和常州中成公司生产的BW-1300波纹带成形机。
全密封吉林干式变压器被列为1990年网家重点技术开发项目之一。并确定10—35KV级、6300k V A级及以下的吉林干式变压器要推广全密封式结构。
