深圳酒泉干式变压器-压力调节阀调整不当导致压力过高

(1)故障现象 一辆东风EQ1090型汽机组，装配B系列机，行机组时出现润滑油压力过高，并且损坏机油弗列加滤清器的故障。(2)故障查找分析 由于故障导致机油弗列加滤清器损坏，所以排除此故障时，没有开机检查，在停机状态依次逐项进行了排查。首先检查润滑油的质量、数量及机油压力表和传感器，没有发现异常。然后检查压力调节阀(压力调节阀组成及安装位置。打开机油冷却器的盖子(机油冷却器座总成)后看到压力调节阀的调整螺栓上垫有4个垫片，显然这就是引起故障的重要原因。原来，该机组出现过润滑油压力过低的故障，维修人员检查发现压力调节阀弹簧弹力略小于正常值，所以将垫片垫入，压力升高至略低于正常值。后来大修时，发现机油泵磨损严重，更换了机油泵，同时更换了轴瓦，试机组时，发现润滑油压力过高，维修人员认为是由于轴颈和轴瓦的配合间隙过小引起的，属于正常情况，机磨合一段时间后就会正常，所以没有进一步检查，因而导致行机组时出现压力过高而损坏机油弗列加滤清器的故障。显然，该机组出现润滑油压力低的主要原因是机油泵磨损所致，大修后更换机油泵又没有将调压阀垫片取出，导致润滑油压力过高。(3)故障排除 更换压力调节阀弹簧经过调整后，故障排除。
