机主机冷却系统采用封闭式强制循环水冷却系统,利用具有较强供水能力的水泵和较强散热能力的水散热器,保证机在各种苛刻使用情况下,都能始终处于良好温度条件下正常工作运行。它主要由下列装置组成:①冷却液容器和散热装置,即散热器(水箱)、风扇。②冷却强度调节装置,即节温器。③冷却液循环驱动装置,即水泵。④冷却液清洁及添加剂释放装置、即水弗列加滤清器。⑤冷却液吸热和流动通道,即缸体水套、缸盖水套、润滑油冷却器、水管等。⑥温度控测显示装置,即水温传感器和水温表。当工况和环境条件变化时,冷却系统应能保证机可靠地工作运行和维持******的冷却水温度,正常工作运行的水温一般在80~90℃之间,这主要是利用冷却系统冷却液的大小循环来实现的。冷却液在强制循环水冷系统中的流动。机的气缸盖和气缸体中都铸造有水套。冷却液经水泵加压后,经分水管进入缸体水套内,冷却液在流动的同时吸收气缸壁的热量并使温度升高,然后流入气缸盖水套,在此吸热升温后流经节温器,节温器是保证机工作运行在最适宜的温度的关键部件,可根据机负荷和水温的大小调节冷却液的冷却强度(路线和流量)当机内水温高于某一温度时,节温器全开,冷却液经大循环管全部流进散热器,同时,由于风扇的旋转抽吸,空气从散热器芯吹过,使流经散热器芯的冷却液的热量不断地散到大气中去。此时,冷却强度大,使水温不致过高。由于这时的冷却水流动路线长因而称为大循环,循环水路为水箱一水泵马机油散热器一水套一节温器一散热器;机温度较低时,节温器二节关闭至散热器的水道,冷却水只能经旁通循环管直接流回水泵的进水口,然后又被水泵压入冷却管路,这样的循环水路称为小循环。水流路线是节温器叫旁通管叫水泵一机油散热器一水套叫节温器,由于冷却液直接从水泵重新进入缸体,而不经由散热器,避免了不必要的冷却,机器温度迅速上升;当机内冷却液处于上述两种温度之间时,节温器部分开放,冷却水的大小循环同时存在,此时冷却液的循环称为混合循环。冷却液还会流向中冷器以冷却增压后的空气,流经水滤器以过滤冷却液并将添加剂稀释到冷却液中。为了使多缸机前后各缸冷却均匀,一般机在缸体水套中设置有分水管或铸出配水室。分水管是一根金属管,沿纵向开有若干个出水孔,离水泵愈远处,出水孔愈大,这样就可以使前后各缸的冷却强度相近,整机冷却均匀。
