铁心和铁轭螺杆及夹件绝缘电阻的测定
夹件或夹紧螺杆与铁心接触处有绝缘件隔开，以防止形成短路环增加损耗。铁心必须接地.以防铁心产生悬浮电位。为了检查此处装配和安装质量，必须进行本项测试。
测试方法如下:
1)测试使用l 000V或2500V兆欧表。
2)先检查铁心是否已接地，用兆欧表摇测。
3)对螺杆、夹件测试与铁心的绝缘电阻。同一铁心柱的螺杆，可用导线连在一起同时验，试验后拆除导线。
4)发现螺杆或夹件绝缘不良时，应更换绝缘件并重试。
5)对配电南充干式变压器均不再另做穿心螺杆、夹件对铁心的交流1kV 1min的外施耐压试验。
6)铁轭梁及穿心螺栓一端与铁心连接者，测量时应将连接片断开，如果不能拆开者，可不进行。老式南充干式变压器铁心与箱壳连接是通过垫脚底下的连接片连接的，因心体太重无法打开者，也只能不测试铁心绝缘电阻。
7）运行中铁心接地电流如果大于l00mA而一时又无法处理，可使用CAM型上南充干式变压器铁心多点接地故障监测仪，通过该仪器中附加电阻串入接地回路，可限制在允许值100mA以下。
