增压补偿器漏油导致机转速失控（1）故障现象 有一辆EQ1118G6D型汽机组机由降到时，降速很慢，且机在运转时转速有自行升高现象。（2）故障查找分析 将VE型分配泵分解检查，经检查调速器部分无缺陷。根据上述故障现象和检查结果，认为机除了VE型分配泵正常供给外，可能有额外进入机燃烧室。检查机起动预热系统，工作运行正常，不存在漏油现象。最后将VE型分配泵增压补偿器与机进气管之间的连接管拆下，发现该连接管接头处有油滴滴出，据此判定增压补偿器有故障。将增压补偿器分解检查，发现增压补偿器膜片破裂；校正销上的橡胶密封圈老化，引起密封不严；增压补偿器通气塞处较脏，已造成通气塞堵塞。当增压补偿器校正销上的橡胶密封圈老化，又遇增压补偿器膜片下室与外界的通气孔堵塞时，泵腔内的压力通过校正销与橡胶密封圈的密封不良处进入膜片下室，冲破膜片进入膜片上室，通过膜片上室与机进气管之间的连接管进入燃烧室，使得燃烧室得到一些额外燃油。由于这部分燃油不受节气门控制，造成机在转动和降速时出现失控现象。(3)故障排除 更换新的增压补偿器膜片和校正销上的橡胶密封圈，疏通通气塞，并将该泵装入试验台上安装调试后装机组，上述故障得以排除
