外施耐压试验
四平干式变压器的外施耐压试验也叫工频耐压试验,是将所有被试绕组部位施加相等的对地试验电压,通以50Hz正弦波电压1min的试验。它对考核主绝缘强度和主绝缘有否缺陷具有决定性的作用,外施耐压试验和冲击电压试验有着一定的关系。由于冲击电压试验装备复杂,这种试验对中小型四平干式变压器不列入例行试验。对主绝缘来说.有时在冲击电压试验中不易显示出来的问题。在外施耐压试验中却能反映出来,因此,本试验不仅邮 箱:1262980066@qq.com是例行试验的关键项目,也是冲击电压试验后的复查性项目。
在交流试验电压的作用下,设备绝缘存在的潜伏性缺陷有可能发展而引起绝缘击穿。所以交流耐压试验能发现一些非破坏性试验难以发现的缺陷。但有时只是使绝缘内部的潜伏性缺陷有所发展而未击穿,形成对绝缘的一定损伤,因此,交流耐压试验有一定的破坏性,故称这项试验为破坏性试验。
