(1)故障现象 某型推土机装配N系列机，工作运行过程中出现过热和润滑油消耗过快的故障。起动机，发现稳定运转时排气管冒蓝烟。(2)故障查找分析 首先拆下空气滤芯后起动机，发现排烟现象并未发生变化，说明冒蓝烟现象不是由于进气不充分引起的。初步判断机存在烧润滑油现象。考虑到该推土机已经使用了较长时间，可能是由于缸套过度磨损或活塞环损坏引起的烧机油。因此拆下机缸盖，发现活塞顶部有未燃烧完的润滑油，并且燃烧室内积炭较多。然后观察缸壁磨损情况，发现缸壁磨损并不严重。拿出活塞后，活塞环也没有装反，检查活塞环槽、活塞裙部、缸壁及活塞环的状况，并没有发现异常；因此排除了润滑油从活塞与缸套同进入燃烧室的可能性，进一步判断，燃烧的润滑油极有可能是沿气门导管进入燃烧室的。拆下进排气门，检查发现气门在导管内上下移动的同时径向也可微量晃动，气门杆和气门倒角锥面上有残留润滑油。经过测量，发现有的气门导管管径过大。用棉纱将气门导管内壁擦干净，通过仔细观察，发现气门导管内壁磨损严重，由此可以判断烧润滑油的现象就是气门导管过度磨损引起的，推断可能是维修更换新气门导管时，有的气门杆穿过气门导管时发紧发涩，修理工对其进行了修磨，导致管径偏大。而且损坏了存油的螺纹线，这样造成机运转时，摇臂室里的润滑油就容易沿气门导管内壁或气门杆经气门头部流进燃烧室，造成润滑油消耗异常，排气管排烟不正常。(3)故障排除 更换一组新的气门导管。在装配时，使用锤子和胎具镶装导管，敲击的同时应不断地旋转胎具，这样能保证导管镶装不偏斜。气门杆在装配后的导管内上下运动时应不发涩，气门落座应迅速准确并与气门座接触良好，从而起到良好的密封作用。装复后试机，排烟和润滑油消耗均正常。
