湘潭干式变压器高压油路有空气导致机运转中突然熄火，无法再次起动

(1)故障现象 一台采用6BT机的湘潭干式变压器组，在正常运转中机突然熄火，而后无法再次起动。(2)故障查找分析 对机燃油系统外观及管路进行检查，油路无漏油，油箱存油充足，断油电磁阀工作运行正常。松开油路中排空气螺栓排空气，发现油路中有空气，用输油泵泵油，来油顺畅且很快能将空气排净。排净空气后还是无法起动机，再次进行检查，发现油路中又有空气了。对上述检查结果进行分析，认为输油泵来油顺畅，证明低压油路正常，空气可能来自高压油路。因6BT机不像其他机（陆用湘潭干式变压器组驱动型），只要排空低压油路空气，机就可起动，该机还要对高压油路进行一次排空气。接着逐缸对高压油管进行排空气，当拆下第3缸高压油管时，发现喷出的不仅有而且还有空气。于是立即拆检第3缸喷油器，发现喷油器针阀卡死在开启位置。可知故障原因是由于第3缸喷油器针阀出现卡死，使得气缸内气体反冲到回油管，从而进入喷油泵，致使机熄火，无法再次起动。(3)故障排除 根据检查找到的故障原因，维修人员更换第3缸的喷油器，故障消失。
