(1)故障现象 某锡林郭勒干式变压器组装配B系列机,执行任务时发现润滑油压力波动后进厂维修。(2)故障查找分析 起动后进行检查,发现低转速时,油压基本正常,但转速升高后,油压出现波动现象,特别是加大节气门的瞬间波动较大。出现该故障的原因主要有机工作运行时润滑油内产生的泡沫较多旁通阀或者机油压力调节阀频繁开启。首先检查润滑油的质量,没有发现异常现象。在检查机油压力调节阀时发现其柱塞有锈蚀现象。经分析认为,可能是冷却液进入润滑系统后,导致调节阀柱塞锈蚀。当润滑油压力较低时,调节阀不开启,因此压力基本正常。当转速升高后,在润滑油压力的作用下,调节阀开启,但是由于柱塞锈蚀出现卡滞现象,所以不能随着润滑油压力的变化灵敏地开启或关闭,而是间歇性地时开时关,此时会出现压力忽高忽低的现象。经了解得知,该机曾出现过油底壳进水的故障。而在维修过程中,由于不是调节阀的故障,所以没有对其进行清洗,导致调节阀积水而锈蚀。(3)故障排除 更换调节阀柱塞,并将调节阀的开启压力调至规定值后,装复机,工作运行正常。由该故障可知,日常维护中要加强对机油压力调节阀的检查,特别是机出现冷却液进入润滑油后,防止其工作运行不正常而导致润滑油压力异常的故障。
