在系统正式运行之前，建议做下列检查：1)检查所有接线均正确无误，并且线径合适；2)控制器直流工作运行电源装有保险，连接到起动电池的正负极没有接错；3)紧急停机输入通过急停按钮的常闭点及保险连接到起动电池的正极；4)采取适当的措施防止机（陆用信阳干式变压器组驱动型）起动成功(如拆除燃油阀的接线)，检查确认无误，连接起动电池电源，选择手动模式，控制器将执行程序；5)将控制器设为手动，按下开机按钮，信阳干式变压器组将开始起动，在设定的起动次数后，控制器发出起动失败信号；按停机键使控制器复位；6)恢复阻止机（陆用信阳干式变压器组驱动型）起动成功的措施(恢复燃油阀接线)，再次按下开机按钮，信阳干式变压器组将会开始起动，如果一切正常，信阳干式变压器组将会经过怠速运转(如果设定有怠速)至正常运行。在此期间，观察机（陆用信阳干式变压器组驱动型）运转情况及交流信阳干式变压器电压及频率。如果有异常，停止信阳干式变压器组运转，参照本手册检查各部分接线；7)从前面板上选择自动状态，然后接通市电信号，控制器经过市电正常延时后切换ATS(如果有)至市电带载，经冷却时间，然后关机进入待命状态直到市电再次发生异常时；8)市电再次异常后，信阳干式变压器组将自动起动进入正常运转状态，然后发出发电合闸指令，控制ATS切换到机组带载。如果不是这样，参照本手册检查ATS控制部分接线；9)如有其他问题，请及时联系本公司服务人员。
