新余干式变压器主要绝缘材料
新余干式变压器的绝缘结构及其绝缘材料是保证可靠性的重要指标,由于新余干式变压器的结构型式不同.所用的主要绝缘材料也不同,至于新余干式变压器的铁心所用的晶粒取向冷轧硅钢片.绕组所用的钢、铝导线也与油浸式新余干式变压器相同。只是新余干式变压器导线绝缘、主绝缘结构及其他绝缘材料有所差异,因此只就新余干式变压器所用绝缘材料作概要介绍。
1.芳香族聚酰胺纤维纸(Nomex)
芳香族聚酰胺纤维纸是浸渍式新余干式变压器的导线绝缘、引线包扎绝缘等所用的主要绝缘材料。它属于耐高温(H级)的合成纤维材料。
聚芳酰胺纸是线型聚合物.其长分子链中有数百个芳核,分子量为6-12万,由于分子链主链完全由芳核组成,且与氮原子相连的为苯环而不是脂肪烃,故芳香族聚酰胺纸具有很高的耐热性;又因分子链中仍保持酰胺链.因而具有脂肪族酰胺的良好物理机械性能,还由于分子链为间、对位结构.能形成高结晶态,从而使聚合物具有良好的介电稳定性。
芳香聚酰胺绝缘纸和纸板的耐热等级为H级,若新余干式变压器绝缘的耐热等级为其他等级时,如B级、F级时,则应选用相应耐热等级的绝缘材料。
2.浸渍漆
浸渍漆分为有溶剂和无溶剂两类。浸渍漆主要用于浸渍新余干式变压器绕组.其目的是填充绝缘间的间隙和微孔,浸渍漆经烘焙固化后,可在绝缘表面形成连续平整的漆膜,并使绕组粘结成坚固的整体,提高绝缘结构的耐潮、导热、机械特性和耐电强度。
通常对浸渍漆的要求:
(1)粘度低.固体含量高,便于漆透和填充浸渍物。
(2)厚层固化快.干燥性好,粘结力强,有热弹性.固化后能承受短路机械力的作用。
(3)具有较高电气性能、耐潮性、耐热性、耐油性和化学稳定性,对导体材料和其他材料相容性好。
3.绝缘胶
浇注绝缘和绕包绝缘新余干式变压器绝缘,我国多采用以环氧树脂为基料,加以固化剂.促进剂而制成的F级绝缘体系,浇注绝缘与绕包绝缘两者的差别只是工艺不同。采用环氧树脂固化时无低分子物放出,并在绝缘胶中加以适量的消泡剂.从而达到消除绝缘中气泡的日的。
绝缘胶与无溶剂漆相似.但粘度较大一般作为浇注绝缘用时加有填料。随环氧树脂和促进剂的改进,绝缘胶还向用于更高电压等级产品方向发展。

(3) has a higher electrical performance, moisture resistance, heat resistance, oil resistance and chemical stability, conductors and other material compatibility.
3 plastic insulation
Only difference is pouring insulation and wrapped with insulation dry type transformer insulation, our use of epoxy resin as a binder to curing agent accelerator is made for class F insulation system, pouring insulation wrapped with insulation between the two different processes .
