延安干式变压器节温器故障导致冷却液温度过高(1)故障现象 某电站用C系列增压型机,空载运转时,冷却液温度达到正常值后,逐渐缓慢上升,但是带负载后,冷却液温度上升幅度较快,直至“开锅”,但卸掉负载后,温度又慢慢下降。(2)故障查找分析 由于该型电站使用时间不长,而且是按标准加注的冷却液。因此,故障点可能是冷却液有泄漏或者节温器有故障。在确保冷却液的数量符合规定后开机并且带负载进行检查,发现冷却系统外部无泄漏现象,而且排烟无明显异常。将2个节温器拆卸后进行试验,即将节温器放人带温度计的盛水容器内,然后缓慢加热到节温器的开启温度,如图7-10所示,发现右侧的节温器不能正常开启。C系列机有2个节温器,温度较低时,2个节温器处关闭状态,即主阀门均关闭,而副阀门打开,冷却液流向旁通水道,进行小循环当温度达到节温器主阀门开启温度时,2个节温器主阀门开始开启,处中间状态(见图7-10b),此时主、副阀门均打开,部分冷却液流向散热器,大、小循环同时进行当温度达到节温器主阀门全开温度时,2个节温器主阀门全开,而副阀门全关,冷却液全部流向散热器进行大循环,此时左边节温器的副阀门将旁通通道关闭。可知,2个节温器中右侧的节温器不能正常开启,将使大循环的水流量减少,导致带负载后水温过高。由于大循环仍能部分进行,因而空载时水温正常。检查节温器工作运行是否正常的方法有将节温器放入带温度计的盛水容器内;缓慢加热到节温器开启温度,保持5min,检查节温器是否开启;继续加热使水温达到节温器阀门全开的温度,保持5 min,测量节温器的升程;另外,当温度下降时,检查节温器阀门是否紧贴阀座,上述检查中若有一项不良,则应更换节温器。(3)故障排除 更换节温器后,故障排除。
