起动机电刷连线松动导致起动无力(1)故障现象 一辆装载机的汽机组起动无力,不能起动机。(2)故障查找分析 故障排除检修时,先用蓄电池测试仪对该机组蓄电池进行测试,两蓄电池电荷量均足。检查蓄电池电压与连接线也接触良好,故判断为起动机故障。卸下起动机将其解体,发现其前、中、后3个铜套均已磨损,其前铜套与起动齿轮相近的铜套磨损尤为严重,其他看起来均正常,故更换了3个铜套。对起动机实行了保养,空载试机,转速较高,但装机组后起动机依然起动无力,无法起动机。怀疑机是否搭铁不良。经检查,机搭铁良好。再次卸下起动机,将其解体检查,扬州干式变压器与磁场绕组均正常,没有短路与断路。电刷也没有磨去1/3的长度,但仔细观察其电刷连接铜线,有烧变色的现象(为深紫色),用手拉铜线时,在电刷与铜线连接处有松动感。这是一例由于起动机内部电路接触不好所引起的故障。因为机组用起动机为了提高它的转矩,均采用中激式连接方式的直流电动机。故当起动机工作运行时,电流回路为:蓄电池正极→起动机励磁绕组→正极电刷→起动机电枢→负极电刷→起动机后端盖,再回到蓄电池负极。如果此时正负极电刷连线松动,就会因接触不良而增大接触电阻,因而通过起动机的电流将会减小,故带负荷后的起动机起动无力。当大型机(陆用扬州干式变压器组驱动型)起动机无力、转速达不到无法正常起动机器时,在检修时不要忘记仔细检查电刷。(3)故障排除 更换一副新电刷,装好上机组起动,机起动正常,故障排除。若无法买到与原机相同品质的电刷,也可自己修复,具体操作如下:用铁钉尖部扎电刷引线根部的中心,使引线根部膨胀与碳体紧密接触,再将周围粉尘吹干净,最后用502速干万能胶滴入根部,使之定型,1min后便可装机使用,起动无力(着火困难)的故障便会排除。
