1.组合式宜春干式变压器的结构
(1)前舱部分，前舱的面板左侧为高压脸，装有三相高压进线的肘形电缆头、高压负荷宜春干式变压器、无励磁分接宜春干式变压器、油浸插入式熔断器；面板右侧为低压舱，装有气体压力表、油位计，压力释放闸、绝缘油温度计、注油管塞、低压出线排等。高低压舱间装有安全屏蔽隔板。前舱外端装有两扇门，并且装有保证先打开低压侧门然后才能打开高压侧门的联锁机构。
(2)油箱，用来贮装宜春干式变压器油和宜春干式变压器器身。宜春干式变压器铁心由非晶合金带材或冷轧硅钢片卷绕或叠装而成.绕组由铜线或铜箔绕制，此箱可直接向外散发热量。
(3)冷却片，由波纹板或片式散热器制成。整个箱体全密封接地，非常安全。

2.安装时注意事项
1)首先要砌好一座相应容量的基础，并在其周围做好接地网，接地电阻值不大于4Ω，使装置可靠接地。
2)起吊时应同时使用箱体上四个吊耳。吊装时要小心轻放.其缆绳与垂直线的夹角不能大于30°，.以免造成箱体结构变形。
3)装置采用了油浸插入式熔断器和油浸限流式熔断器的全范围保护方式，做到三相互不干扰，且可在支路上安装一组隔离宜春干式变压器.供组合式宜春干式变压器停电时抢修用，而无需再装高压熔断器.但对三相三柱式组合式宜春干式变压器在高压配电线路上还是不能取消高压熔断器，以确保高压配电线路的安全运行。
