营口干式变压器组因铅酸蓄电池极桩氧化无法起动(1)故障现象 某机电站额定功率为50kW，采用东风机为原动力，起动电动机功率为2.2kW，起动电压为DC 24V，采用两块风帆蓄电池厂的68025 D低温起动铅酸蓄电池串联作为机的起动电源。JDK为电源总开关(接地开关)，节为起动电源开关，SA1为点火开关，M、Q为起动电动机和电磁开关线圈，TJ为直流继电器，正常起动过程为台上电源总开关JDK及起动电源开关QF，将点火开关SA1打至。起动“位置”，这时直流继电器ZJ线圈得电，其常开触点闭合，电磁开关线圈Q得电从而接通起动电动机M，起动电动机带动机起动。而该电站接通起动回路给起动电动机供电后，听见起动电动机周围发出固定频率的“哒哒”声，起动电动机不动作，机不能起动。(2)故障查找 分析因起动电动机未动作，先检査起动时电动机是否上电，且电压是否在24V左右。用万用表测起动电动机两端电压，发现万用表指针(指针式万用表)按固定频率不停摆动。反复几次起动，发现“哒哒”声是起动继电器ZJ的常开触点不停的断开和闭合时发出的，和前面起动电动机两端的电压时有时无的现象一致，因而判断故障是由于起动电源供电不正常造成的。分析认为，当起动电钥匙SA1打开并起动瞬间，蓄电池电压全部加在起动继电器线圈两端，起动继电器常开触点闭合，起动电动机加上电，整个回路瞬间产生大电流。这时，如果起动回路的某一点阻值很大，则大部分电压将降在该点，从而使起动继电器线圈两端电压降低。当低于继电器的吸合电压时，常开触点会断开，整个起动回路断电，电流消失，该点没有电压降；起动电源电压又全部加在起动继电器线圈两端。重复刚才过程，回路断开、闭合循环进行，起动继电器“嗒嗒”声也就不断产生。为了找到影响回路的这个点，逐步检查了回路中各元器件及其接线，元器件完好，接线可靠；用蓄电池检测仪检测蓄电池电量，电量充足对蓄电池进一步检查发现，在蓄电池的卡子与蓄电池接线端头的接触处周围有白色真菌，同时发现其端头周围有黑色氧化物。根据以上现象进行分析，初步判断是蓄电池接线端头接触故障导致机无法起动。因为，在南方寒冷潮湿地区，电气元件及各接线端头很容易因真菌腐蚀形成一层氧化膜，这层氧化膜电阻较大，当回路接通产生电流后，在该端头上产生较大压降，使起动接触器线圈两端电压低于吸合电压，造成机无法起动。(3)故障排除 由于是真菌腐蚀造成的接线端头表面产生氧化膜，只要将氧化膜除去即可，先用开水清洗蓄电池接线端头和蓄电池卡子，直到接线端头和蓄电池卡子显现材料本色，然后用毛巾将其擦拭干净，重新接好蓄电池卡子并开机，机顺利起动。
