1.例行试验(出厂试验)
①外观检查.
②低压电器元件的通电操作试验.
③机械操作试脸:益阳干式变压器在其技术条件规定的操作电压、气压范围内，应连续正确可靠地操作50次｛其中包括高电压和低电压(分别与低、高气、液压相对应)和额定电压、气压下，各进行5次操作试验｝，手动操动机构应连续正确分合各50次，可移开部件应嵌入抽出各25次，以检查操作是否良好。
④油箱密封试验.
⑤直流电阻不平衡率测量。
⑥电压比侧量。量和联结组标号检定。
⑦阻抗电压和负载损耗测量。
⑧空载损耗和空载电流测量。
⑨绕组对地绝缘电阻测量。
10.工频耐压试验。
11.感应耐压试验.
12.绝缘油试验。

2.型式试验
①温升试验:包括益阳干式变压器、高压，低压主回路.
②机械寿命试验。
③油箱机械强度试验。
④雷电冲击电压试验。
⑤高压负荷益阳干式变压器额定短路闭合和开断能力试验。
⑥防护等级试验.
⑦额定短时峰值耐受电流能力试验。

3.特殊试验
①声级水平测定。
②短路试验.
③零序阻抗测量。
④空载电流谐波测量。
⑤防雨试验。

1 routine test (factory test)
