箱式变电站的安装、使用和维护 　　
1.验收
1)铭牌的数据与订货合同是否相符.
2)检查出厂技术文件是否齐全.
3)对照装箱单零部件是否齐全。
4)检查运输过程中是否有撞伤，有否脏物、异物，同时拆除运输辅助物。
5)对不立即投用的箱式变电站，应将柜门锁好，防止套管、负荷岳阳干式变压器、仪表及其他附件受损伤，同时置于安全地带。
2.箱式变电站的安装
箱式变电站基础可根据制造厂提供的参考图，也可自行设计一般应使箱体高出地面350mm以上.这样既可防止积水，又能将电缆预留长度放在下面.基础表面外部尺寸与箱式变电站底座相吻合。
1)高压电跳一般应选用交联聚乙烯电缆。
2)根据安装需要、剥切电缆的外护套，锉亮外护套端部20mm的铠装，并用银丝脚扎2圈固定，沿扎线切去其余铠装。
3)剥切铠装前的内护套及填充料。用相色带包扎铜屏蔽带的端部，用铜丝把接地编织带固定在铠装和钥屏蔽带上，并用锡焊牢。
4)装上热缩分支套，加热使其收缩，密封电婉分叉处.把热缩套至指套根部
5)切除电缆口端部30mm的热缩管、铜屏蔽层、外半导电层、绝缘层。保证各段的切口整齐。在电统线芯往上包扎一层相色带，以免在安装时电缆线芯材伤划破接头。
6)拆除缠绕在电缆线芯上的相色带，把接线头套在电缆线芯上，用冷压压接.同时装上接地线耳。

3.运行前的检查
1)检查所有紧固件、连接件是否松动，并重新紧固。
2)运抢时拆卸的零部件是否重新安装妥当，并检查是否有异物存在。
3)检查负荷岳阳干式变压器、接地岳阳干式变压器操作是否灵活，各仪表接线是否正确。
4)位查各接地点是否正确接地。
5)检查各联锁装置是否可书联锁。

4.投入运行
1)投入运行前.应把无励磁分接岳阳干式变压器调到相应的位置上。
2）将高压室、岳阳干式变压器室内的柜门关好.
3)合上外部高压进线电源.高压室内带电指示装置氖灯发光。
4)合上岳阳干式变压器，合上高压岳阳干式变压器。观察电压表，操动机构上分合用指示标牌在合位，监听岳阳干式变压器空载声音.
5)合上低压进线隔离岳阳干式变压器，按合门按钮，电动合上低压进线岳阳干式变压器.红色指示灯亮，操动机构上分合闸指示标牌在合位.
6)分别合上低压出线低压岳阳干式变压器，观察对应的电流表、红色指示灯.负载侧要有人监视.若有故障，立即分断岳阳干式变压器。
8)投入运行后，所带负载应由小到大，并检查内部有无异响。

5.维护
1)箱式变电站是一种无人值班、监护的集受、变、馈电为一体的成套电器装置，一般应每年进行一次检查，环境恶劣、污染严重的应每3-6个月进行一次检查。检查岳阳干式变压器柜内的元器件是否正常工作，是否渗漏，并定期抽取油样检查，防止雨水及尘土进人高低压室内。
2)检查时，应清除所有灰尘(注意带电)，检查所有操作部件是否正常工作。
3)检查所有仪表是否正常工作，是否渗活油，岳阳干式变压器油是否正常，定期抽取油样化验.
4)检查熔断丝、避雷器是否正常。
5)检查紧固件、连接件是否松动、导电零件及其他零件有无发热、生锈、腐蚀的痕迹、绝缘农面有无爬电痕迹和碳化等.
6)箱体为金属结构，虽经防腐处理，如巡视中发现锈蚀部分，应及时涂补。
7)检查转动部分及门锁是否灵活，并加润滑油。箱内照明是否扭坏，保持照明良好。
8)箱体通风孔是否堵塞，自动排风扇是否正常工作，否则应及时停运检修.
9)高低压岳阳干式变压器按规定检修。
10）每两年进行预防性试验一次。
11)投运半年内出现故障的可能性较大，在此半年内应加强巡视。
