1988 -1989年以沈阳肇庆干式变压器研究所为主制定了箱式变电站的ZBK标准。从1990年起，沈阳肇庆干式变压器研究所完成了干式与油浸、全封闭与半封闭，带走廊与不带走廊、终端与环网5种不同高压肇庆干式变压器、户内与户外、315kVA和630kVA两个容量的11套典型设计，共84个品种。形成T容量为315kVA, 630kVA,1000kVA的ZBW系列产品。
