无刷充电昭通干式变压器的使用维护1)一般昭通干式变压器为负极搭铁，不能用普通试火法将蓄电池正负极短路，以防将二极管烧坏。2)汽机组停驶时应及时断开电源开关，如果电源开关长时间不断开，蓄电池通过充电指示灯、电子调节器向昭通干式变压器磁场绕组供电，这样会将蓄电池的电放光。3)充电指示灯损坏及相关电路断路，昭通干式变压器将无励磁电流而不能发电。当闭合点火开关后，充电指示灯不亮时，应查明原因并排除。4)从电子调节器到整流器正元件板(即输出端)上安装有一根检测线，在拆装检修时应安装牢固。如果此线未装或接触不良，调节器将失去对昭通干式变压器输出电压的控制，造成昭通干式变压器或其他电器损坏。在电子调节器上，用于固定连接检测线的固定螺钉有绝缘垫圈，拆装检修时要防止漏装。如果固定螺钉上的绝缘垫圈漏装，将造成昭通干式变压器输出接柱短路，损坏昭通干式变压器。5)在电子调节器上，用于固定连接磁场绕组的固定螺钉也有绝缘垫圈，在拆装检修时也要防止漏装。如果固定螺钉上的绝缘垫圈漏装，造成搭铁，电子调节器便失去了对昭通干式变压器输出电压的控制，用电设备和昭通干式变压器将因昭通干式变压器输出电压过高而损坏。
